MLK Active After-Sales Service Process

  1. After packing, a detailed packing report is shared with the customer.
  2. Confirm the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) with both the customer and the forwarder.
  3. Once the shipment is dispatched, the ETD and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) are communicated to the customer.
  4. Prior to the goods arriving at the destination port, we send the necessary customs documents to the customer and remind them to prepare the required materials for timely customs clearance.
  5. After the service is completed, we invite the customer to fill out a Customer Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback.
