MLK Active After-Sales Service Process
- After packing, a detailed packing report is shared with the customer.
- Confirm the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) with both the customer and the forwarder.
- Once the shipment is dispatched, the ETD and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) are communicated to the customer.
- Prior to the goods arriving at the destination port, we send the necessary customs documents to the customer and remind them to prepare the required materials for timely customs clearance.
- After the service is completed, we invite the customer to fill out a Customer Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback.
